  1. cake
  2. 2 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1 1/4 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  7. 1/4 tspallspice
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 4eggs
  10. 1 1/3 cupsugar
  11. 1/2 cupLight brown sugar
  12. 1 cupvegetable oil
  13. 1/2 cupplain yogurt
  14. 5 cupgrated carrots
  15. topping
  16. 1 cupcoarsely chopped pecans
  17. frosting
  18. 2 stickbutter
  19. 2 cupcream cheese
  20. 2 cuppowdered sugar
  21. 1 tspvanilla

Cooking Instructions

    In a sml. bowl add all dry ingredients.

    In a lg. bowl add moist ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients. Blend together and pour batter into a ungreased 9 X 13 pan.

    Bake for 20 min. at 350°. Rotate and bake for 20 more min.

  5. 5

    Roast pecans for 10 min.

  6. 6

    Let cake cool for 2 hrs. before adding frosting.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle chopped pecans over frosting.
