(For Aloo Raita)::: In a bowl whisk 1 cup curd till smooth.Add chopped potato them add dry spices stir very well then add coriander chopped stir and serve aloo raita..

(For Aloo Subzi)::: Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds stir Add grated ginger salt, red chilli powder mix well.

Simmer for about 15 minutes till tender add coriander leaves serve hot with kuttu puries..
