Ingredients

50-60 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. Kuttu puri :
  2. 2 cupkuttu flour
  3. 2mashed potato
  4. 1/2 tsprock salt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. Warm water
  7. For Aloo Raita:-
  8. 1 cupcurd
  9. 1boiled potato
  10. 1/2 tspcumin roasted
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  13. 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  14. 1/2 tsprock salt
  15. For Aloo subzi:-
  16. 2 cupchopped potatoes
  17. 1 tspghee
  18. 1 tspcumin seeds
  19. 1 tspginger grated
  20. 1/2 tspRock salt
  21. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  22. 1 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

50-60 minutes
  1. 1

    (For kuttu) :: Take kuttu aata in a bowl add salt, black pepper mix well add mashed potato mix it.

    Now knead into a tight dough using warm water.

  3. 3

    Dust it dry flour roll into 3 inch diameter circle. Now heat oil in a pan deep fry the poorie.

    Remove it to a napkin serve kuttu puri hot..

  5. 5

    (For Aloo Raita)::: In a bowl whisk 1 cup curd till smooth.Add chopped potato them add dry spices stir very well then add coriander chopped stir and serve aloo raita..

    (For Aloo Subzi)::: Heat the ghee in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds stir Add grated ginger salt, red chilli powder mix well.

    Now add potatoes heat till they look slight fried.

    Add cup of water bring to boil.

  9. 9

    Simmer for about 15 minutes till tender add coriander leaves serve hot with kuttu puries..
