100 gmKuttu aata
2Boiled potatoes
as neededWater
100 gmpaneer
2chopped green chilies
1 tbspcumin seeds
1 tbspblack pepper
to tasteSalt

Take a bowl and put kuttu ka aata,mashed potatoes,crumbled paneer,jeera, Salt, black pepper and water and mix it well.

Now take a pan and heat the oil then and fry it till the golden colour. Serve it.
