Ingredients

30 mins
5 to 6 servings
  1. 250 gramsSprouted moong
  2. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  3. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  4. 2/3 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  5. 1/2 cupcoriander chopped
  6. 1big onion chopped
  7. 1big tomato chopped
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. To tasteSalt as per taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Overnight soaked the saboot moongs,soak for 8 hours atleast

  2. 2

    Grind them coarsely with half cup of water

  3. 3

    Take the batter in bowl

  4. 4

    Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander, onion, tomatoes mix well

  5. 5

    Now take a non stick pan very little oil and spread the batter and make chilla on medium slow flame

  6. 6

    Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
