I was getting tired of getting under-flavored, boring, or just not good guac from the store and HATE paying for special table side guac and being disappointed. This recipe is my solution.

Last time I made this was for my son's b day party, we had a nacho bar, I always get rave reviews about it!

Simply Guacamole

This was the last of the guac, so I took a pic of it before it was gone. This recipe only makes enough for two people unless you love guac like me and can eat it all by yourself.

I love chipotle and if I can make some of there signature dishes at home, I'm all for it. I found their recipe and tweaked it for my liking. Not that theirs needed to be changed but to make it more my own. I hope you like my version.

Using a molcajete to create a silky mix of onions, peppers, and garlic makes this guacamole stand apart from the rest.

Bare bones guac. That’s all you really need in life, 3rd only to air and water. Florida avocados are large, lower in fat, and don’t turn brown nearly as fast as hass avocados do. Also, my tree is loaded down so it’s avocados everyday! I use garlic powder because I like convenience and because I always have it and I get a lot of bang for my taste buck. Fresh is great don’t get me wrong but I prefer powdered in this application.
