Thinly slice the ham and dry fry. When heated set aside.

Add three eggs to the skillet and add salt and pepper. Break the yokes right after seasoned. Fry till done.

Add mayonnaise to three slices of bread. Add the eggs, cheese, and ham to just two of the slices of bread.

On top of the ham add the peppercini rings.

Stack and cut into half. Serve I hope you enjoy! I also hope you have an hearty appetite.
