  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 1 cuprice
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak urad dal and rice separately.

  2. 2

    After 5 hours grind urad dal smoothly.

  3. 3

    Grind rice coarsely.

  4. 4

    Mix well, add salt and sufficient water.

  5. 5

    Allow it to fermentation.

  6. 6

    Next day pour in idli steamer.

  7. 7

    Cook for 30 minutes, serve in hot.
