In a large bowl combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, 1/2 of the onions, eggs, salt, ginger and milk.

Mix well with hands

Shape into mini meatballs

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple juice. Mix until smooth.

Fry meatballs in a shallow pan.

Remove meatballs and drain grease.

In the same pan sauté onions with a few drops of oil.

Add peppers, meatballs, orange zest and sauce.

Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer until peppers are soft and liquid thickens.

Add pineapple and heat through.
