Steps

Put Potatoes, chicken broth and cream of chicken soup in crockpot. Stir.

Add salt and pepper. Cook on Low for 8 hrs.

In the last hour cut up cream cheese into little cubes and put cubes into crockpot. Stir often through the last hour. Once cream cheese is melted it is ready to serve.

Once served add bacon bits and cheese to your preference.
