Ingredients

  • 3 lbGround chicken
  • 1 cupWhite onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cupFresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 4 cloveGarlic (minced)
  • 1Jalapeno (diced)
  • 2 tspDried cumin
  • 2 tspDried paprika
  • 2 tspRed pepper flakes
  • 1Guacamole

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together ground chicken, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, ground cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.

    Divide mixture into 8 patties

  3. 3

    Grill until the chicken burgers have been fully cooked.

  4. 4

    Top with guacamole if desired.
