For halwa heat ghee in a karahi. Add grated potato and cook

Then add cardomon powder sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook

For paratha mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough

Cook in ghee on low flame from both sides

For makhane ka raita

Crush fried makhana

Whisk curd with salt sugar cumin powder and chopped green chilli

To this add crushed makhana

Serve paratha with raits
