Break eggs in a bowl and whisk very well.add salt.

Place a dry frying pan on fire,pour in coconut oil then fresh pepper and onion.

Fry for 20 seconds,pour in the egg fry for 1minute then turn and fry the other side.

Use a teaspoon of coconut and fry the sausages for few seconds.

Rinse the lettuce with salt twice and serve all in a plate.
