  • 1 largegreen pepper
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 1 largeyellow pepper
  • 1 largeorange pepper
  • 5 slicemushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tbspall season salt
  • 1 1/2 tbspgarlic salt
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1/2 tbsppepper
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 10potatoes
  • 6 lbmeat

  1. 1

    brown meat to almost done

  2. 2

    dice up potatoes and start cooking on high heat either in crock pot or stove top.

  3. 3

    cut up mushrooms,onions,and peppers. add to potatoes

  4. 4

    add all seasoning

  5. 5

    cut up meat and add to potatoes. also added corn and sugar snap peas with carrots.

  6. 6

    cook for 45to hour
