Mix meat stuff together

Roll into meatballs and brown in skillet with about 1 T. oil.

Turn and brown both sides. Remove the meatballs from the pan when brown and set aside.

To make gravy put 1/4 cup of flour in the pan with the meat drippings with about 3 good shakes of paprika (if you have it) stir and brown a bit over medium to low heat.

Slowly add 2 cups milk to pan and stir really well and cook till thickened.

You may need to add more salt/pepper to the gravy as milk gravy needs a fair amount of salt

Add 2 teaspoons of instant beef boullion to the milk to give it a little more flavor.
