Brown beef, onion and garlic in pan, season with salt & pepper and Italian seasoning

Stir in tomato paste and hot water and bring
to a boil - 3
Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes

In a bowl mix cottage chees and eggs and set aside.

Spread a thin layer of beef mixture in a GREASED 9x13 pan; top with a
layer of 3 noodles. - 6
Spread 1/3 the cottage cheese mixture over noodles
and 1/3 the mozzarella cheese - 7
Repeat layers 2 more times and sprinkle
with parmesan cheese. - 8
Cover pan with foil tightly and bake at 350 for
45 minutes. Let stand about 15 minutes before cutting - 9
**for seafood sub crab and salad shrimp and Alfredo**
