  • Cake
  • 1 boxLemon Supreme® Cake mix
  • 1 boxLemon Jello ®
  • 4Eggs
  • 3/4 cupVegetable oil
  • 3/4 cupWater
  • Topping / Icing
  • 2 cupPowdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 ozLemon juice (1 lemon)

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    grease 9X13 pan

  3. 3

    Combine all "cake" ingredients & mix @ medium speed for 4 minutes

  4. 4

    pour into pan; bake for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    while cake is baking, combine lemon juice & powdered sugar, making a smooth icing

  6. 6

    while cake is still hot, use a toothpick to poke holes (many) across entire cake

  7. 7

    pour icing onto hot cake, spreading it so it is evenly absorbed into cake

  8. 8

    allow to cool; I recommend keeping unused portions in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
