1/4 cupheart of palm
1/4 cupcherry tomatoes
2 tbspmayo
2 ozmeat (your choice)
1salt & pepper
1cabbage leaves

Steps

Meat needs to be pre-cooked.

Chop heart of palm, tomatoes and meat into bite size.

Mix first 4 ingredients.

Spoon into center of leaf.

Wrap.

Skewer with toothpick.

Set into steamer basket.

Set basket over water.

Bring water to a boil.

Steam until cabbage is tender.
