  2. DRY RUB
  3. 4 tbspflour
  4. 2 tbspsalt
  5. 4 tbspcurry powder
  6. 1 tbspfine chili powder
  7. 1 tbsponion powder
  8. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  9. 1 tbspblack pepper
  10. THAI SWEET CHILI SAUCE
  11. 1 cupthai sweet chili sauce
  12. 4 clovefine dice garlic
  13. 5 smallfine dice shallot
  14. 1deseeded fine dice red chili pepper
  15. 1 cupdice spring onion

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

    MARINATE CHICKEN

    marinate chicken with dry rub then set aside for 30 minute

    DEEP FRY CHICKEN

  4. 4

    deep fry chicken till lightly brown and crispy for about 5 minute or longer depending on the thickness and size of the chicken

    THAI SWEET CHILI SAUCE

    in pan pour sauce and bring to a boil then off heat and set aside

  7. 7

    once cool add spring onion and toss fried chicken and serve immediately
