Ingredients

  1. 2 lbpeeled shrimp
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 2 tspred pepper
  4. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  5. 1/4 cupchopped green pepper
  6. 1/4 cupchopped celery
  7. 1/4 cupparsley
  8. 1/4 cupchopped green onion
  9. 3bay leaves
  10. 1 cantom sauce
  11. 1 cantomatoes
  12. 1/4 cupoil
  13. 4 tspflour dissolved in water

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute all vegetables in oil.

  2. 2

    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, & flour mix

  3. 3

    Simmer 20min.

  4. 4

    Add shrimp & bay leaves

  5. 5

    Simmer 10min more

  6. 6

    serve over rice
