1 tspsalt
2 tspred pepper
1/4 cupchopped onion
1/4 cupchopped green pepper
1/4 cupchopped celery
1/4 cupparsley
1/4 cupchopped green onion
3bay leaves
1 cantom sauce
1 cantomatoes
1/4 cupoil
4 tspflour dissolved in water

Saute all vegetables in oil.

Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, & flour mix

Simmer 20min.

Add shrimp & bay leaves
5

Simmer 10min more

serve over rice
