1/2 tspsalt
1 cupwarm beer
2 1/2 tspdry yeast

warm oven to 180 for dough

mix ingredients and cover.place in oven with door ajar

let rise for 20 minutes

remove dough and split for pizza pans
5

heat oven to 400
6

flatten dough on pans and bake for 5 minutes
7

remove and apply sauce and toppings. place back in oven for 17 minutes
