is something quick, healthy and delicious. You can use any kind of left over vegetables you may have.

Some time you are in a rush or just tired to cook a lenghty meal, here
is something quick, healthy and delicious. You can use any kind of left over vegetables you may have.

Rub spicy rub generously on chicken and saute in a skillet for 4 mts. each side. Set aside. Blanch your Green Beans in Hot Water. When chicken is cooled off, slice in 1/4" thin strips.

Using the same skillet, add Olive oil and saute onions to golden brown. Add ginger/garlic and add chicken strips, green beans, sundried tamatoes and sprinkle spicy rub on top. Stirfry for 3/4 minutes and serve.

Suggested accompaniments: Rice, Pasta, Paratha or Roti.
