Rinse lamb meat and pat dry.

Rub salt and pepper on each sides of the lamb chops.

Put the lambs on a baking pan, preheat oven to 375°
- 4
Sprinkle rosemary and thyme on top of each lamb chop equally.
- 5
Dice the garlic and sprinkle on top of the lamb chops equally.
- 6
Drizzle olive oil on top of the chops.
- 7
Bake the chops 20-25 minutes, depending your meat preference.
