Ingredients

  • 1/2 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 cloveonion
  • 500 gramsmushroom
  • 2 mediumcarrots sliced 1 inch sticks
  • 1/2 mediumcabbage chopped 1inch lengthwise
  • 1pork-flavored cubes
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add vegetable oil on a pre-heated pan or wok.

  2. 2

    Sauté onions, garlic and carrots for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add cabbage and mushrooms. Mix well and cook until the mushrooms shrink.

  4. 4

    In a bowl, mix water and pork-flavored cubes. Pour the mixture in the pan.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with rice.
