1 cupapple cider
1/2sliced onion
1 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tbspcinnimon
1salt and pepper to tast

brown roast in large skilet

add pineapple juice from slices to apple cider place roast into baking dish with mixture and sliced pineapple to top of roast and bake till done
