Never been a fan of tuna melts until I found this recipe. I used hamburger buns to make this batch. It was a big hit with my toddler!

1 canTuna
2 tbspMayo/Miracle Whip
1 pinchSalt
1 tspWhite vinegar
1 tspDijon mustard
2 sliceWheat or white toast
6 sliceDill pickles
1/4 cupCheddar cheese or slice of American cheese

Steps

Mix tuna, mayo, salt, vinegar, mustard, and pickles until well blended.

Toast bread with butter in a skillet (or use a sandwich maker.) if using skillet brown bread and fill the sandwich with tuna mix. Add cheese. Use second piece on top and flip to brown other side. Makes 1 or 2 hot sandwiches.
