  1. 3 lbseparated trimmed chicken wings
  2. 1 tsp5 spice powder
  3. 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  4. 3 tbspvinegar
  5. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  6. 4 tspchopped garlic (3 cloves)
  7. 4 tspginger
  8. 4 tspoil
  9. 1 smallhot pepper chopped
  10. 3green onions
  11. 1black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle chicken with 5 spice, toss with soy sauce

  2. 2

    Put on foiled pan and bake @ 425° turning once until crisp (40-45 min)

  3. 3

    Stir together remaining soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, oil, black pepper, hot pepper

  4. 4

    Add wings, toss to coat

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with green onions
