Ingredients

  • 3 lbseparated trimmed chicken wings
  • 1 tsp5 spice powder
  • 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 3 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 4 tspchopped garlic (3 cloves)
  • 4 tspginger
  • 4 tspoil
  • 1 smallhot pepper chopped
  • 3green onions
  • 1black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle chicken with 5 spice, toss with soy sauce

  2. 2

    Put on foiled pan and bake @ 425° turning once until crisp (40-45 min)

  3. 3

    Stir together remaining soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, oil, black pepper, hot pepper

  4. 4

    Add wings, toss to coat

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with green onions
