Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp.vegetable oil
  • 1 cuponion, chopped
  • 1 cupred pepper, chopped
  • 1jalapeno, diced
  • 1 tbsp.garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lbpork tenderloin (approx. one loin)
  • 1 (19 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinced and drained
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cupschicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp.cumin
  • 1 tsp.chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp.Front Street Heat

Steps

  1. 1

    In a dutch oven, over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, peppers, jalapeno and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent, approximately 3-7 minutes.

    Add pork and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and cook for 6-10 minutes, or until pork is nice and tender.
