Steps

Boil the egg, then remove that yolk portion and cut the egg white into small pieces

Fry the potato and cauliflower with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside

Now heat a pan add olive oil

Add onion sliced, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt, stir for sometime litt it become golden

Then add egg white, fried potatoes and cauliflower, black pepper, stir for sometime..

Garnish with some coriander leaves.. Serve hot..

You can have this with garlic bread, brown bread.
