Steps

In a pan cook and stir 1/2 cup of orange juice and 3 tbsp of sugar over low heat until golden. Pour into a mould and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, orange juice, sugar and orange essence until combined. Pour over the caramelized orange juice.

Place the mould in a square baking dish. Pour boiling water in the dish to a depth of 1 ". Bake at 180'c for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

To unmould, run a knife around the rim of the mould and invert onto a serving dish.

Serve warm or chilled.
