Easter Cucumber Sandwich

With a cookie cutter cut an equal amont of bread for each sandwich set aside.

In medium bowl add cream cheese, shredded carrot, fresh parsley and garlic& herbs salt pepper mix well.

Cut cucumber in half and thin slice.
- 4
Spread the carrot cream cheese mixture on both side of sandwich place cucumber slices and top with other matching bread cut out serve and enjoy easter cucumber sandwich..
