Ingredients

  1. 1 packageschicken sausage
  2. 1butternut squash
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1/4 cupshallots
  5. 3 clovegarlic, minced
  6. 2 cupbaby spinach
  7. 2 tbspparmesan cheese
  8. 1 packagesbrown rice pasta

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil squash until soft, then blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Cook pasta in squash water.

  3. 3

    Saute sausage until cooked. Remove from pan.

  4. 4

    Saute shallots and garlic.

  5. 5

    Add squash, spinach and cheese.

  6. 6

    Add all together and mix in with pasta.
