  3. 20mint
  4. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  5. 20 cloveGarlic
  6. 4 pieceGreen chillies
  7. 4 tbspOlive Oil
  8. 4 cupwater

  1. 1

    De-Shell the middle portion of the shrimps keeping the head and tail intact. Do not throw the shells.

  2. 2

    Boil the shells in water till reduced to two cups. Run through strainer and preserve the stock.
