Cooking Instructions

boil 3 cups of water

add 2 cups of rice
- 3
2 cinnamon sticks

1 can of evaporated milk
- 5
1/4 of whole milk (optional)
- 6
1 can of sweetner "lechera"
- 7
(optional) raisens
