For this quick method I choose to combine the broccoli, uncooked carrots and fettuccine noodles all together in the pot of boiling water. (I would normally steam fresh Vegtables in a separate pan and add them at the end which takes about 10 min. longer but holds in the nutrients and tastes better) Today however I just grabbed whatever was left in the house.

Boil together about 10 Min or until noodles are al dente (not too soft)

Drain in Colander (strainer)

Return to pot and add sauce. If you want to add pre-cooked chicken you can do it now.

Heat on low to med setting for about 5 min or until reaches desired temperature.

Serve with Garlic bread if desired
