1/4 cupWhite Sugar
1/4 cupApple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cupRice Wine or Sake
1/2 tspGround Ginger
1/4 tspGround Pepper
1 cloveChopped Garlic
Thickness
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspWater

In a small sauce pan bring all sauce ingredients to a boil.

Mix cornstarch and water in a separate bowl and add to boiling sauce mixture.

Boil until sauce thickens.
