cut 2 large zucchinis in 1/2 inch slices about 1 inch long

put the corn oil in a pan with the zuchinni and let simmer on medium

once it starts to become a bit soft coat the zucchini in the butter and breadcrumbs

shred the mozzarella cheese all over the top and stir around. let it cook about another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
