Steps

Boil the boneless chicken with the spices (cloves, cardamom and turmeric.)

Add oil and chopped onion in a pan. Fry until brown.

Make a smooth paste of ginger, garlic, chilli and cashew

Now add this paste in the pan and mix well.

Add tomato puree, salt and then put the chicken to it

Mix everything properly and add garam masala powder and ghee to it.

Serve with paratha.
