Ingredients

15-20 mins
1-2 servings
  1. 50 gmscabbage
  2. 1small beetroot
  3. 1small capsicum
  4. 1small onion
  5. 50 gmsboiled chickpeas
  6. leavesCoriander
  7. Curry leaves fresh or dried
  8. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
  9. 1 teaspoonblack mustard seeds
  10. 1 teaspoonoil
  11. 1/2 teaspoonchilly powder
  12. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  13. 1-3tables spoon pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Finely chop all the vegetables and boil the chickenpeas with some salt

    Add all the vegetables and chickpeas together in a bowl

  3. 3

    Take a pan add some oil to it then add sesame seeds, black mustard seeds, red Chilli powder and saute them

    Add the mixed vegetables in the pan and saute for 1-2 mins and don't overcook them. Add coriander leaves and mix it

    Take the salad in a bowl and add lemon juice and pomegranate seeds and mix it.

    Your salad is ready to serve. You can eat this as a starter also
