Sausage in a gravy

Take your clean pan then place your sausages in it the pour a small amount of water in it also cover the pan let it cook until it's brown and cooked perfectly inside out.

Then prepare your onion, and grate your tomatoes.

Check the sausage pan once it's start to fry with it's own oil from the meat continue to prick the meat.

As it is browning and frying then add your onion then cover the pan again. Let it cook for few minutes

Then mix your tomatoes with tomato sauce, and chutney then pour it over the sausages and onion.

Stir and let it cook slowly.

Prepare your soups in a small cup and water the add it then the sausage and gravy thickens slowly but surely.

My lunch is served with mashed potatoes, spinach caramelised carrots and sausages.
