Due to my job I need to cut down on my carbohydrates intake. So I try and eat healthy.

Ingredients

1 person
  1. 4eggs
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 1big onion
  4. 1/2 cuplettuce
  5. 1/2 cupcucumber
  6. 2 tspapple cider Vinegar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1 tbsphoney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring to boil the eggs for 10 minutes, when done put the in cold water for 5 minutes then remove the shell.

    Add all the vegetables, salt, vinegar, honey and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then remove the egg yellow (I give it to the rest of the family) and serve the white with the vegetables.

    Enjoy.
