150 gramsplain flour
1 tspbaking powder
3 pinchsalt
1egg
150 mlmilk
30 gramscaster sugar
125 gramsfresh blueberries

Sieve the flour,baking powder,and salt together.stir in the sugar and leave to one side.

Crack the egg into a bowl,add it to the milk and whisk together.

Pour the milk and egg mixture into the flour.And mix.Fold in the blueberries carefully.

And fry.Enjoy! :-)
