Ingredients

  1. 2 lbRound steak/Cube steak
  2. 1/2 cupFlour
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 1each Beef bullion cube
  5. 1/2 tspPepper
  6. 4 canTomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan, coat steak with flour and brown steak.

  2. 2

    Place steak and chopped onion in crock-pot.

  3. 3

    Pour tomato sauce over steak and add rest of ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
