Ingredients

  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1french bread cut into slices
  • 1bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1frozen spinach thawed/drained
  • 1sliced mushrooms
  • 1shredded chs
  • 5eggs
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspmustard

Steps

  1. 1

    place bread in bottom of casserole

  2. 2

    beat eggs w/ milk, salt and mustard

  3. 3

    pour over bread followed by bacon, spinach, mushrooms and chs. and refrigerate overnight

  4. 4

    bake @ room temp @ 350 - 35 mn
