1french bread cut into slices
1bacon cooked and crumbled
1frozen spinach thawed/drained
1sliced mushrooms
1shredded chs
5eggs
2 cupmilk
1 tbspmustard

place bread in bottom of casserole

beat eggs w/ milk, salt and mustard

pour over bread followed by bacon, spinach, mushrooms and chs. and refrigerate overnight

bake @ room temp @ 350 - 35 mn
