1raw mango peeled and chopped
5Small onions
1/2 tspRai (mustard)
1/2 tspzeera(cumin)
to tasteSalt
2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 cupoil
1/2 tsphaldi
1 tspsugar
10Curry leaves

Heat oil add Rai let it crackle add zeera, Curry leaves Cook till crispy

Add onions, haldi,salt red chilli powder,raw mango pieces.

Lastly add sugar mix well Do not over cook.onion and Mango should be half cooked. cover and keep for few minutes after switching off the flame.
