Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground round or ground turkey
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion or frozen chopped
  3. 1 can(4oz or less) chilies, drained
  4. 1 can(15oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  5. 1 tbspsalt free taco seasoning
  6. 1 can(10oz) refrigerated pizza crust dough. Pillsbury
  7. 1 cupor (4oz) shredded reduced fat shard cheddar or part skim mozzarella cheese
  8. 1cooking spray
  9. 1salsa (optional)
  10. 1reduced fat sour cream or plain greek yogurt (optional)

    preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Cook meat and onion in a large non stick skillet over med-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well and return meat to skillet.

  3. 3

    Stir in tomatoes, chilies and seasoning. Cook over med-high heat until throughly heated, then set aside

  4. 4

    Spray 13x9 inch baking dish thoughly.

  5. 5

    unroll pizza crust dough and press into bottom and halfway up the sides of dish. Spoon meat mixture over pizza crust dough.

  6. 6

    Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts and edges of crust are browned.
