In mixi grind onion ginger garlic tom and sabut garam masale

Heat oil in pan add paste

Let it roast for sometime

Now add haldi dhania mirch again roast

Add fried aloo salt and 1 spn dahi

Mix it for sometime

When oil comes up add water for gravy

After 1 boil it is ready.sprinkle garam masala on top and kasuri methi

Serve it with chapatis
