Peel potatoes in full and boil them in salty water for 5-7minutes, then drain the water completely. Place them in the baking tray, oil a little and bake them for 20-15 minutes. Until golden brown.

For the liver make sure the liver is not cut in butchery, peel off the thin skin, then cut it into big/medium pieces. Crumb coat the pieces with all purpose flour completely.

In a cooking pan put in oil in a medium heat until it's hot put the liver fry it for 5 mins. Meanwhile cut the onions into rings the put them into the cooking liver.

Continue stirring, cut the tomatoes into small pieces or blend them,put the into the cooking liver stir until they are fully cooked,while putting tomatoes also put green pepper.

Sprinkle the coriander n stir.

Serve hot. Enjoy.
