Suji Upma / Rava Upma

This is a South Indian meal, by eating it you do not feel hungry for long and you will feel satisfied. You can eat it whenever you want.
The glycemic index of semolina is very low, so it is beneficial for diabetics and there is a lot of fiber that keeps the digestive system good. There are plenty of vitamins, minerals, iron and other nutrients present in semolina.
Suji Upma / Rava Upma

Put a pan on medium flame and add oil to it.

When oil becomes hot, add the Mustard seeds in the oil, when the mustard seeds start to crack, add the onion and green chilli, stir it with a spoon.

After 1 minute add capsicum, tomato, cabbage and sprouts mix and fry for 1 minute.

Now add semolina, mix it for 1 minute.

Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and chat masala and mix it.

Now add lukewarm water to it and stir continuously so that there are no lumps. This process takes about 2 minutes.

Now turn off the gas.

Upma is ready to serve.

Note-
You can also add curry leaves in it.
